 With reference to the Invitation to Bids bearing GBPPPRA TS # 202610023186 , regarding the following works:

 1. Construction Of MCH Block at Existing C-Class Dispensary at Gole. 

2. Water Supply Scheme at Kushmara. 

3. Water Supply Scheme at Sadpara Milpan and Other Areas, Halqa-ll Skardu. 

The following clarifications are hereby issued in respect of Conditions No. 7 and 13 of the published Invitation to Bids: 1. Clarification of Condition NO. 7 The existing condition: "More than below rate on any sub head is not allowed. If any bidder quotes such rates the bid shall be rejected." Shall be read as follows: "More than 25% below rate on any Schedule of Rates (SR) item under any sub-head is not allowed. If any bidder quotes a rate more than 25% below the applicable SR for any such subhead, the bid shall be rejected." 2. General All other terms and conditions Of the original Invitation to Bids shall remain unchanged. All concerned bidders are advised to take note of the above clarifications while preparing and submitting their bids.
